The EU Regulation n. 679/2016 and the Italian legislation of reference guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to the confidentiality and protection of personal data. We are aware of the importance of ensuring the security of the information and data attributable to you and acquired when you visit these web pages, you make a registration or a purchase. We undertakes to process the personal data that will be acquired in full compliance with the EU Regulation n.679/2016 and the Italian legislation of reference and subsequent amendments and additions, and we undertakes to ensure that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality and protection of personal data.

The data processed

The personal data that are processed are those that participants and subscribers confer upon their registration and are limited to the informations given by each user depending on the function of this website each user decides to make use of. The purposes of processing the data provided must be understood as exclusively related to allow us to provide the services for which the users give them, included possible e-mail notifications.

The navigation data

These are the computer data, the transmission of which is implicit and automatically connected to the use of internet communication protocols, which the information systems and software procedures used to operate, this site acquires them in its normal operation; these are data that are not collected to be associated with individual identified subjects but which, by their very nature, could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties (see about cookies).

Nature of the conferment of the processed data and legal basis

Purpose of processing (Article 13 letter c, European Regulation No. 679/2016)

The data provided will be used for the management of accounting and tax documents relating to the services provided or to the products sold. The navigation data, indicated in the previous point will be used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. Cookies will be processed for the sole purpose of allowing faster access to the Site.

According to the art.13 comma 2 lett. a) b) c) of the European Regulation n. 679/2016, which informs you of the rights of the interested party envisaged by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 of the aforementioned European Regulation, we inform you that: the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.

The interested party has the right to obtain (art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 77 Regulations): a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data (Article 16 of the Regulation); b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed, the possible limitation of processing (art. 17 and art. 18 Regulation); c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such fulfillment occurs it proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right; d) and to request the right of access to the personal data processed (Article 15 of the Regulation); e) data portability (article 20 regulation); f) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 of the Regulations). The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part (Article 21 of the Regulation): a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection except for the rights recognized by the law to the owner; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Any request regarding the processing of the personal data provided and the exercise of the rights must be addressed the data controller.
